3 high hang squat cleans @ 70-80%

2 sets:
3 split jerks with 2-3 sec pause in dip 70-80%

3 snatch first pulls w/ 3 sec pause at knee @90% 1RM
*use straps

3 sets:
5 split jerk presses then 3 split jerks @ 40-50% 1RM Split jerk

1) Work to a max weight for 3 strict pull-ups

2) Super set x3 of:
max effort push ups till failure
max effort ring row till failure

2 (Front squat + split jerk) – @ 80% highest from (1) every 2 min
x 5 sets

min1: 3 strict C2B (use band or weight as needed to increase/decrease load and stay at 3 reps)
min2: 5 Parralette push-ups (full ROM with 3 sec negative)

1) Squat Clean Thruster, 1 rep per min until failure- start @ 135/95
2) Squat Clean Thruster, 1 rep @ 70% max every 30sec for 5 min
