10min EMOM:

practice and technique focused. No sloppy reps.

1-3 bar or ring MU’s

1 clean first pull w/ 3 sec pause @ knee then clean pull w shrug
80% 1RM Clean

Accumulate 40 wall facing shoulder taps

DB Row 3×8-12 AHAP

3 split jerks with 2 sec pause in catch position @ 70% 1RM Split jerk

3 sets:
4 Clean first pulls with 3 sec pause at knee @ 90% 1RM clean

3 sets:
Front rack double KB shrugs 15-20 reps

Accumulate 50 ring rows in as little sets as possible
