For our challenge month we will aim to eat completely Paleo, however clean eating items will be allowed by including white or brown rice, gluten free grain products, and white potatoes. 5 points will be awarded for each completely Paleo meal and 3 points will be awarded if you include any of the non-paleo “clean eating” items. I encourage everyone to eat at least 5 times a day and to eat something postWOD, within an hour of working out. I also encourage you to eat complete meals consisting of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat. These are the three essential nutrients and will keep you full on a cellular level. We will log our daily food intake and turn it in every Monday, at the gym office. Our project leader will keep track of all of our points and the winner will be announced the week following the contest.
