Our Onboarding Classes are for anyone, with or without experience, ready to make a big change in their life! Safety is our #1 priority, so before jumping into regular classes, we have new CrossFitters take part in our one-on-one onboarding classes.
During these onramp sessions, you will learn the basic skills and movements necessary to walk into regular classes confident that you can safely execute any lifting or gymnastics movement - and know your appropriate scales!
Each hour-long class is led by one of our coaches who will take you through a warm-up, skill practice and a conditioning session. Every class will be progressive and meet the needs of any ability level. You can expect to learn something new and get a great workout in every time you walk through our doors.
